Working on new cd Corey Leland Greatest Hits

I have been working on a my first cd for "Grown Ups" working title is "Corey Leland * Greatest Hits. 16 songs at this point! I have never officially released any of my music other than "The Insects Rock!" After I began making a living as a songwriter/producer for kids/family...I kept going with that genre...the "A Kids Life!" musical and then The Insects Rock! series (63 songs..t.v. show/musical ready) with great messages for kids/families...but now in 2012, I am recording/producing/writing new songs and reworked "greatest hits" that span my entire adult life. I am very excited about this! While being known as a writer for kids/families is cool...I am now very happy to be working on a real, grown up cd. I am thinking that I will also include a "bonus disc"..an interview with me discussing the cd, song by song...the messages in the songs...and Spiritual, meditation exercises...

Many of you already know, I am a teacher of meditation...no particular religion....I consider myself to be both everything and nothing. I have a message and this 2012 release the "Greatest Hits of Corey Leland" (working title) will present that message in both song, interview and meditation exercises for the listener to practice along with...Not sure yet as to the release date...most likely September or October...just as soon as these 16 songs/tracks are really ready. Got a good running start on the album as I have been on it now for 3 months.
